Order matters. So does patience.

Thin to thick, water to oil. Give each layer a breath before the next.

The Renewal Ritual

Firmer, smoother, younger-looking skin.

One serum, introduced slowly, protected every morning. This is how a retinoid is meant to be used.

Moonrise

Weeks one and two

Two nights a week, not consecutive. Cleanse, Lunar Tonic, Moonstone Serum, then two to three drops of Moonrise over the whole face, avoiding the eyelids. Wait a full minute. Midnight Cream on top. No Eclipse Oil yet; keep it simple.

Weeks three and four

Every other night. If skin feels dry, buffer: Midnight Cream first, Moonrise over it. Halo Eye Cream around the eyes before the serum so the orbital bone is protected.

Week five onward

Nightly if comfortable, with Eclipse Oil as the final seal. Most people see smoother texture by week four, softer lines and firmer skin by week eight to twelve. Retinal keeps improving skin for as long as you use it.

Every morning

Lunar Tonic, Aurora Serum, Dawn Cream, sunscreen SPF 30 or higher. Vitamin C by day and retinal by night is the single best-proven pairing for younger-looking skin; sunscreen is what lets it work. Never use Moonrise on the same night as Clear Sky, Stardust Polish or New Moon.

The Clear Ritual

For skin that breaks out. Every tone, every age.

Two products, one calendar. Built to clear without stripping, and to fade the marks rather than cause them. Give it one full skin cycle, about four weeks, before you judge it.

Clear Sky

Week one and two

Three nights a week (say Monday, Wednesday, Friday). After cleansing and Lunar Tonic, wait thirty seconds for skin to be nearly dry. Press a pea-sized amount over the zones that break out: forehead, nose, chin, jaw. Wait a minute, then Midnight Cream on top. Skip Moonstone Serum on these nights at first; fewer layers, less chance of irritation.

Week three onward

If there is no peeling or stinging, move to every night, and add Moonstone Serum back in before the gel if skin feels dry. A thin layer over the whole face is fine once skin is used to it.

Every morning, no exceptions

Lunar Tonic, Dawn Cream, then a broad-spectrum sunscreen, SPF 30 or higher. The acids make skin more sun-sensitive, and sun is what turns a healed spot into a lasting mark, on fair skin as red marks, on deeper skin as dark ones. Aurora Serum in the morning speeds the fading of both.

If skin objects

Dryness, flaking or a tight feeling means back off to every other night and buffer: apply Midnight Cream first, then the gel over it. Stop and see a dermatologist for cystic, painful or persistent acne; a gel is the wrong tool for that.

New Moon weekly clearing mask
Weekly · Sunday evening

New Moon

Prepare

Cleanse with Celestial Cleanser. Pat dry. Tie hair back. This is a mask night, so no Clear Sky afterwards and no Stardust Polish the same evening; one exfoliating step per night is the rule.

Apply

A thin, even layer with fingertips or a soft brush over the whole face, or only the T-zone and jaw if that is where you break out. Avoid the eye area and lips. Thin is the point: a thick layer does not work harder, it only dries.

Wait

Eight to ten minutes. The clay will go matte but should never crack. If it cracks, you waited too long or applied too thick. Mist with Moon Mist if it starts to feel tight.

Rinse and finish

Lukewarm water and a soft cloth, working in small circles. Then Lunar Tonic, Moonstone Serum, Midnight Cream and three drops of Eclipse Oil. Sleep. Twice a week for active breakouts; once a week to maintain.

Built for every skin toneNo benzoyl peroxide, no harsh alcohol, and mandelic acid instead of glycolic: the combination least likely to leave marks on deep skin, and gentlest on fair, easily reddened skin.
Patch test firstBehind the ear or along the jaw, 24 hours, before the first full use of either product.
PregnancySkip Clear Sky (salicylic acid). New Moon, Aurora and the rest of the ritual are fine; when in doubt, ask your doctor.
What to expectFewer new spots by week two, calmer skin by week three, visibly fading marks by week six. Some people purge briefly in week one; it passes.
Weekly

Twice a week, the reset.

Sunday and Wednesday evenings, between cleanse and tone.

Polish

Stardust Polish on damp skin, three minutes, rinse.

Mask

Nebula Mask, thin layer, ten minutes. Once a week is enough.

Lips

Lunar Lip Treatment every night, as the last thing you do.
